PGP markets huge residential property just 4km from Stellenbosch town centre

Pam Golding Properties has acquired the exclusive mandate to market an unusually large single residential property in the Stellenbosch suburb of Paradyskloof (Paradise Valley).  The Cape vernacular home is of undetermined date, but the large oak trees

Paradyskloof is one of Stellenbosch’s newer suburbs, an up-market area home to several estate-style homes.  It also offers three exclusive security estates where even modest family homes on small plots can fetch upwards of R4.5 million.  Further up the valley, the suburb is home to several farms and small-holdings.
